Donna Zamost is a certified GYROTONIC ® and GYROKINESIS ® instructor and an authorized GYROTONIC ® pre-trainer. She is among the few instructors in the United States teaching GYROTONIC ® FOR GOLFERS. Donna is also certified to teach pilates and the New York City Ballet Workout. Donna is accredited by the American Council of Exercise and has extensive experience working with clients of all ages and levels of fitness. Her passion comes from the belief that, "Change Happens Through Movement, and Movement Heals."

Donna Zamost is a member of the Actor's Equity Association. For 15 years, she worked as a professional singer/dancer in New York City. Donna's professional credits include tours of "42nd Street," "Will Rodgers Follies," and "Crazy For You." Donna was featured in "The Sound of Music" with Debby Boone and "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" with Barbara Eden. Donna starred in her own show in Monte Carlo where she performed alongside such celebrities as Elton John, Liza Minnelli and Harry Connick Jr. Donna has also appeared in several television soap operas, including "One Life to Live" and "As the World Turns."
